View Today's Logins

Note: Admin functions are restricted. Some functions are not available to all staff members.

View Today’s Logins shows you TorontoMLS login information for today and/or for a particular date range. Date range reports, when viewed on screen, display summary information only. Show Today's Logins, viewed on screen, display full details. Downloading Results for either a date range or today's signons (or both) provides full details.

View Logins (From / To)	Displays summary information only. Enter the date range for which you want to view summary login information. At "From", enter the report's start date. At "To" enter the report's end date. (TMLS prefills these fields with an 8-day range ending with today's date. You can change the default dates.)
Show Today's Logins	Provides details about today's (since midnight) Sign On Time, Salesperson Name, Firm Name, Server, and Member Number.
Download Results	Select to download a detailed report in .CSV format (for both Date Range and Today's Signon's) about Sign On Time, Salesperson, Firm Name, Server, and Member Number, for analysis in a spreadsheet or other program. Click Save to save the file on your PC, then specify the location where you want to store the file. (Click Open to view the file first.)

To View or Download the Login Report

At the Administrator's menu, click Logins.
At the Logins page, click View Today's Logins.
At View Logins (From / To), enter a date range (or accept the default).
At Show Today's Logins, select the check box if you want details about today's logins.
At Download Results, select the check box if you want to download the login report.
Click Submit.
