Reset a User Login

Note: Admin functions are restricted. Some functions are not available to all staff members.

Reset a User Login clears a user's improperly-closed previous session. Perform a reset if the member cannot log in.

NOTE: Reset does not actually close the older session. Instead, it resets the user's "logged-in" flag.

Enter Member #
to be Cleared

Enter the member number for the user for whom you want to clear the current session.

To Reset a User Login

  1. At the Administrator's menu, click Logins.

  2. At the Logins page, click Reset a User Login.

  3. At Enter Member # to be Cleared, enter the member number.

  4. Click Submit. A message confirms the reset, and you may enter another member to be cleared.
